Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging or tags).

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products

Clearance or final sale items

Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us before sending your return so we can reserve the item for you.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
